Return/Exchange Policy

We are delighted to have you as a Tiny Crosses customer. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date.

Purchases made on www.tinycrosses.com cannot be returned to a retailer that carries Tiny Crosses products.

Returns online can be accepted only for purchases made on www.tinycrosses.com. 

Returns and exchanges are only accepted on new products, no used or damaged products will be accepted.  

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return/exchange.
